What kind of photo works best for leaf carving?
For the most beautiful engraving results :
1: Try to choose a close-up with even lighting, simple background, large proportion of the character's face, and the higher the clarity, the better.
2: Do not choose photos with small proportion of the character, blur, insufficient lighting, and too strong background light.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Production takes 2–3 business days. Shipping times vary by location but typically take 5–10 business days.
Will the leaf last? Is it fragile?
Each leaf is professionally preserved and sealed to ensure durability, but we still recommend handling it with care.
Can I preview my design before it’s carved?
Yes. We’ll send you a digital mockup for approval before engraving.

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping fees and delivery times will vary depending on your country.
Can I get a refund or return after purchase?
Unfortunately, since all of our products are personalized and made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds.
However, if your order was placed within the last 24 hours and production has not yet started, you may contact our customer service to request a cancellation. Please note that cancellation is not guaranteed, and if successful, a 50% design fee will be deducted from your refund.
