How do I place an order?
- Select the product you like, add it to the shopping cart and pay. If you have any questions during this period, you can contact the designer at any time.
- After payment, send the order number and your photo to the designer.
- The designer will design a draft based on your photo and send it to you for confirmation.
- After your confirmation, the designer will start personalized engraving to create a unique work of art for you.
What kind of photos should I send?
Choosing a suitable photo is very important for the perfection of the work.
1: Try to choose a close-up with even lighting, simple background, large proportion of the character's face, and the higher the clarity, the better.
2: Do not choose photos with small proportion of the character, blur, insufficient lighting, and too strong background light.
How long does it take to ship?
Shipping times vary depending on where you are, but our overall delivery time is 5 to 12 business days.
In most cases, we need 3 full business days to make and ship the leaf carving. This is included in the full delivery time. Please note that the day you purchase does not count towards the full business day.
Please also note that due to tariff friction, the US may be required to delay shipment by an additional 2 days due to US customs. Other regions are not affected by this for the time being.
Can I get a refund or return after purchase?
Our products are personalized and unique, so they do not support refunds or returns.
However, if you have just placed an order within 24 hours and our products have not been produced and shipped, you can contact customer service and try to cancel the order, but we cannot guarantee that you will be able to cancel it. In this case, if the cancellation is successful, we will charge 50% of the design fee.
